Every order is packed in a sturdy cardboard box and sent Royal Mail Tracked. Once it’s dispatched, expect it in 2 to 5 working days; the tracking number comes in your dispatch email.

We deliver to any UK address, including Northern Ireland, and to Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Jersey. Delivery is free on orders over £65. Somewhere else? Get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Payment is taken when you order, which secures your allocation, and we order the model in for you. It’s posted as soon as it arrives with us.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, then another 14 to send it back unopened, in the same condition and original packaging. Return postage is yours; we refund the item and the basic delivery charge within 14 days of getting it back. Refund policy

Let us know within 48 hours. Keep all the packaging and take photos of the damage and the outer box, as Royal Mail may need them. We’ll replace it or refund you, and cover the return postage.
